By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They exist to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience.

Products & materials

Our items are handcrafted from real wood. As a natural material:

• Grain, colour, and markings vary from piece to piece
• Knots and natural features may be present
• Small variations are not defects — they are part of the character
• Wood can shift subtly with temperature and humidity

Care & use

• Do not soak wooden items
• Do not use a dishwasher
• Re-oil when the surface looks dry

Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received
• If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund you

Shipping

• Delivery times are estimates
• Courier delays and customs delays are outside our control

Returns & refunds

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return
• Items must be unused and returned in original condition
• Custom / bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty
• Natural wood variation is not grounds for return

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help quickly.

Liability

• We are not responsible for misuse or improper care
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
